I ask you to strengthen me so that I may walk it with humour.
Inspire my judgement so that I set worthy goals.
Sharpen my instincts so that I seize good opportunities.
Nourish my patience so that I complete worthwhile endeavours.
Comfort my soul when I am abandoned by courage and manhood.
Welcome, independent Artemis, golden dragon rider.
Welcome, serpentine Proserpina, queen of witches.

Doris Weinberger works as an interdisciplinary and collaborative artist at the intersection of various media formats, including installation, interaction and performance in (semi-) public spaces. Her main focus is on the deconstruction and redesign of representation and projection mechanisms in the production of hegemonic imagery and (linguistic) structures in the (partially) private and (semi-)public spheres. Doris Weinberger is a founding member of the artists‘ collectives mark and ANTZ! and the transdisciplinary platform RAUMFINDER. She teaches performative methods and participatory strategies, gives lectures, and advises organisations.
